Why is my order on hold?

Popcorn orders usually ship within 7-10 business days after purchase. However, in some cases, orders are placed on hold and will require some additional information from the purchaser prior to shipment.

After purchase, the shipping address that was entered is checked against the USPS database for accuracy. This check helps address any potential shipping delays that could affect the quality of the product upon delivery.

Here are some common issues that might flag an address to be placed on hold:

- New addresses that aren't registered with the post office

- Missing apartment or suite numbers

- Missing street numbers

- Incorrect postal codes

- Military addresses

When an order is placed on hold, purchasers are automatically notified with an email and a text message. The email includes a link that purchasers must visit to confirm their address. Once done, the hold will be removed and the order will ship soon!
