Need to make changes to the payout method you've added for a virtual fundraising event? You can always make changes to your payout before, during, or a couple of days after the event ends. However, it is best to add your payout method before the event ends. Payout changes made long after your event ends, may delay your payout. Read below to see how you can remove the payout method within the Double Good mobile app!

If you need to make changes to the payout method after we've initiated the transfer, use the blue Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.

Removing a Payout Method

1. From the home screen of the Double Good app, tap on the event requiring a change to the payout method

2. Tap the blue ""Payout Manager"" link

3. Tap on your existing payout method

4. Tap the trash can icon in the bottom left

5. Tap ""Yes, remove"" to confirm the removal

Did you request microdeposits and not receive them? You'll need to reset your payout method for instructions!
