- We will notify you of any changes to your organizer profile. This includes changes to your email address, phone number, and payout account information.
- Double Good will never ask for the OTP (one time password) sent to your phone or to ask you to forward a magic link email.
- Be cautious of any unknown third parties reaching out to you on social media regarding supporting your fundraiser; verify their authenticity and legitimacy before sharing any personal information or clicking any links they may send you.
- Should you receive any communication from Double Good and you’re unsure of its validity, do not click any links. Legitimate emails from Double Good will come from an address with a @doublegood.com domain.
