Share some joy by sharing your gratitude. Participants in fundraisers are able to send personalized text messages to their supporters thanking them for their purchases on a Pop-Up Store through our app. We provide this feature since we cannot provide supporter contact information due to privacy laws. Here's how you can access the thanking feature:

1. Log in to the Double Good mobile app

2. Open your active or ended event

3. Tap My Store

4. Scroll down and tap View Supporters

5. Tap on one of your orders (you'll be able to see the status of their order and what was purchased as well!)

6. Tap ""Send a Thank You Note""

7. Type a personalized message

8. Tap Send in the top right

You can review the message sent via SMS by tapping the Thanked button when viewing a supporter's order.
