Understanding Your Pop-Up Store Orders, Brochure Orders vs. Donate Joy Donations

Pop-Up Store Orders: When a supporter purchases popcorn through a participant’s Pop-Up Store, they receive the physical product themselves. These purchases count toward the participant’s fundraising totals.

Donate Joy Donations: When a supporter selects the Donate Joy option, the popcorn is donated directly to educators through the Donate Joy program, supporting America’s youth. These donations do not ship to the supporter and do not count toward shipping fees, but they do count toward the fundraiser’s total earnings.

Brochure Fundraising Orders: Organizers placing a brochure fundraising order are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, which is calculated based on the number of physical items in the order and is shipped directly to them.

Tip: To ensure a purchase supports a specific Pop-Up Store, the supporter must use the link provided by that participant. Orders placed outside a Pop-Up Store will not count toward a fundraiser.
