Cancellations

You're able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested outside of the 24-hour window may not be possible due to our payout schedule to organizers and shipping schedule. Please note - only fulfilled orders will go to support the fundraising event. Cancellations will remove those earnings from the Participant's total amount sold.

Refunds

If your product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly using the Contact Us button below. All damaged goods or product quality claims must be made within seven (7) days of delivery, otherwise we shall have no obligations to refund purchase price or replace product. Per our terms and conditions, we do not issue refunds and we do not accept returns.
