This update is rooted in what we heard organizers ask for the most: more time to connect with supporters, without losing the energy and excitement of a short, focused event. We listened — and we’re happy to share what’s new.

What’s New

Your fundraiser now includes extra moments before and after the live event, where supporters may be able to place orders.

Here’s how it works:

- Supporters can start placing orders 48-hours before the event goes live. We recommend leveraging this to get the competition started early!

- During the live event: The main fundraising event runs just like it always has — fast, fun, and full of momentum

- Supporters who missed the live event still have a 48-hour window to place an order to support your event. At this point, the Leaderboard is locked - you may see extra sales trickle in without any action required by your team.

These small additions help capture support that might otherwise be missed, while keeping the heart of the fundraiser exactly where it belongs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my fundraiser longer now?

The live event itself hasn’t changed. It’s still the same focused, high-energy experience — we’ve just added short windows before and after to help capture support that might otherwise be missed.

Do orders placed before or after the live event still count?

Yes! Any eligible orders placed while your store is open fully support your fundraiser and are included in your total impact.

Will orders placed after the live event affect the leaderboard?

The leaderboard and competition wrap up when the live event ends. Any orders placed afterward still support the cause, but they don’t change rankings or totals shown during the event. You will still see the names of your supporters roll in if they make purchases during the short window after your event ends, but the final Leaderboard rankings are locked.

Can supporters still place orders if they miss the live event?

Yes! While your store is still open, supporters who missed the live event still have a short opportunity to place an order and show their support.

Will I still receive one payout?

Yes. You’ll receive one payout that includes all eligible orders placed while your store is open. Payout timing stays the same and should not be delayed

Do I need to do anything extra as an Organizer or Seller?

Nope! These updates are designed to work automatically in the background — there’s nothing extra you need to set up or manage.
