Organizers and sellers who do not have any fundraising events or virtual Pop-Up Stores with sales can delete their user accounts from within the app.
1. Log into the Double Good mobile app
2. Tap on your initials in the top right corner of the screen
3. Tap Account
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on "Delete My Account"
5. Tap "Yes, delete my account" if you're sure
If your store or event has sales, you'll be prompted to reach out to the Customer Support team for further assistance; in general and for compliance and auditing reasons, our team is unable to delete your account when there are financial transactions associated with it.
