It's always a good idea to keep your account information current! You can change the name on your Double Good account and the email and phone number associated with your account. To update your information:

1. Log into the Double Good mobile app

2. Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner

3. Tap "Account"

4. Tap any of the information to make an update 1. Note - you'll be asked to verify the email address or phone prior to the changes taking effect

Please remember: your Double Good account is tied to you as an individual and not the organization you're fundraising for. Make sure the name, email, and phone are your information! This will help ensure your payout is processed without an issue.
