What is the Double Up With Double Good Sweepstakes?
Double Up with Double Good Sweepstakes is a limited time chance for eligible Double Good fundraisers to win additional funds for their organization! NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. You can review the Official Rules of the Promotion here.
What is the prize?
The winner will receive one prize equal to the greater of:
$500 USD, or
The total Funds raised by the Winner’s fundraising event, up to a maximum prize of $20,000 USD.
Funds Raised means 50% of the total dollars generated in popcorn sales as part of an individual fundraising event, excluding tax and shipping. For example, a fundraising event that generates $1000 in total popcorn sales (not including tax or shipping) would result in $500 in Funds Raised and if selected as the Winner, their prize would be $500 (which matches the Funds Raised and doubles the total amount raised).
Who is eligible to enter?
Anyone in the United States over 18 years old is eligible to enter! New fundraising events must be for a valid school, youth sports team, or other youth-based organization as the beneficiary of the fundraiser. Full eligibility details can be found here!
When do the sweepstakes begin and end?
Sweepstakes begin at 12:00 am CST on August 19th 2026, and run through 11:59 pm CST on September 30th 2026. New fundraising events must begin during this time period to be entered, among other qualifications defined in our official rules.
How do I enter through a Double Good fundraiser?
To enter:
Create a new fundraising event with a start date between August 19th 2026 and September 30th 2026 for a school, youth sports team, or other youth-based organization.
You must have at least five unique sellers under your event.
Each seller must each:
create their own Pop-Up Store
add a description in the Store notes
share their Pop-Up Store at least once on the Double Good online platform.
After all five unique sellers have completed these steps, the fundraising event organizer will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes!
Do I have to make a purchase or start a fundraiser to enter?
You do not have to make a purchase to participate in these sweepstakes! You do need to start a new fundraising event for an eligible youth organization between August 19th 2026 and September 30th 2026 with at least five unique sellers.
How many times can I enter?
There are an unlimited number of entries per person - just keep in mind that an individual can only participate in one active fundraising event at a time!
How will the winner be selected?
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. The drawing will be held in October 2026. The Winner must demonstrate a valid connection to the fundraising event’s beneficiary (for example, as a parent or guardian of a participant, coach, teacher, administrator, volunteer, or board member of the organization).
What are my odds of winning?
Odds of winning depends on the amount of eligible entries received.
How will the winner be notified?
The Winner will be notified via e-mail associated with their winning entry within five (5) business days after the date of the winner selection!
As a condition of receiving the prize, the Winner must complete, sign, and return to Double Good within five business days of notification:
an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, confirming that the Winner and Prize Beneficiary meet all eligibility requirements in the Official Rules
a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), authorizing Double Good to use the Winner's and Prize Beneficiary's name, image, likeness, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any and all media.
If the selected Winner is unreachable, doesn’t send these documents within five business days, or the beneficiary is not an eligible organization, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
The prize will be sent by Double Good directly to the Winner's chosen beneficiary.
