Keeping your account secure

Double Good takes account security seriously. To help protect your account and fundraiser information, we may notify you when important account details are changed, including your email address, phone number, or payout information.

To help keep your account safe:

• Be cautious if someone you don’t know contacts you on social media about your fundraiser.
• Do not share personal information or click unknown links unless you trust the source.
• Contact Customer Support if you’re unsure whether a message is really from Double Good.

Double Good will never ask for your One-Time Password, also known as an OTP, or ask you to forward a Magic Link email.

For privacy and security reasons, Double Good can only provide fundraiser details to the verified organizer. If you need information about a specific fundraiser, please contact the organizer directly.

Updating your account information

You can update your name, email address, or phone number in the Double Good app.

To update your information:

1. Open the Double Good app.
2. Log into your account.
3. Tap your initials in the top-right corner.
4. Select Account.
5. Tap your name, email, or phone number to make an update.
6. Follow the prompts to verify your new email address or phone number.

Your account should be tied to you as an individual. Please use your own contact information, not your organization’s information.
