How do I run a brochure fundraiser

Step 1 - Download order forms and plan your event

To start, you'll need brochure forms! You can download these forms here (https://www.doublegood.com/brochure-fundraising?srsltid=AfmBOopK1fAEBI7df3SBUQyM-EEtpCnrUxdREshvHwuofHJK5a3puNry) for your participants to take orders from friends and family. We recommend getting new forms for each fundraiser as product offerings are subject to change.

You'll decide the start and end dates of your fundraiser - take as much or as little time as you'd like!

Step 2 - Sell!

Have your participants take order forms to friends and family. Participants will mark down what their supporters purchase on the order form and hold on to money they've raised.

Step 3 - Collect your order forms

Once the fundraiser is over, participants should turn in their Order Form Summary along with the money that they've raised to the organizer. Participants should keep the order form so that once they receive the popcorn, they know who ordered what!

Step 4 - Place your order

Once completed, organizers of the event can place their orders here (https://brochure.doublegood.com/shop)!

You'll pay 50% of the total sales to Double Good for the popcorn, plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Fully paid orders usually take about 2 weeks to ship. Once the product ships, we'll send you tracking information for our shipping carriers so you can follow the shipment.

Step 5 - Distribute your popcorn

That's it! Once received, each participant should take their popcorn to share with their supporters.
