Brochure fundraising is a traditional way to fundraise in person. Sellers collect paper orders and payments, then the organizer places one group order and distributes popcorn locally.

How brochure fundraising works

Follow these steps to run a brochure fundraiser.

Step 1: Prepare your materials

Download the latest order forms from the Double Good website.

Step 2: Launch and take orders

Print and distribute brochures to your sellers. Sellers share the brochures with friends and family to collect orders and payments in person.

Step 3: Collect results

When your fundraiser ends, gather individual order summaries and total funds from your team.

Step 4: Place your order

Submit your order through the Double Good website. At this stage, you’ll pay 50% of the total collected to Double Good to cover the cost of the product.

Step 5: Distribute the popcorn

Your order will be popped and packed fresh and typically arrives in about 2 weeks. Once it arrives, distribute the popcorn to your sellers so they can deliver orders to supporters.
