Organizers can create an online fundraiser in the Double Good app or on the web. After scheduling, use My Checklist in the app to invite your team, set up your Pop-Up Store®, and get ready before your fundraiser starts.

How to create an online fundraiser in the app

To create a fundraiser in the Double Good app:

1. Log in to the Double Good app.
2. Tap Organize an Event.
3. Tap Schedule an Event.
4. Choose your fundraiser duration and start date.
5. Tap Organization to select your organization type.
6. Enter your organization name.
7. Tap Team Details to enter your fundraiser name.
8. Tap Next: Team Info and enter the zip code.
9. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
10. Tap Schedule Event.

After scheduling your fundraiser, open My Checklist in the app for a guided setup walkthrough.

Give yourself enough time before your start date to invite your team and have sellers set up their Pop-Up Stores®.

How to create an online fundraiser in a web browser

To create a fundraiser on the web:

1. Log in through the Double Good Pop-Up site.
2. Click Organize an Event.
3. Select an organization type.
4. Enter your organization name.
5. Enter your team or fundraiser name.
6. Add details about your organization, such as category and zip code.
7. Select your fundraiser duration: 4 or 7 days.
8. Select your fundraiser start date and time.
9. Enter the expected number of sellers.
10. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
11. Click Schedule My Fundraiser.

After scheduling, download the Double Good app to invite your team, create a Pop-Up Store®, and add a payout method.

How to edit a fundraiser

You can edit a fundraiser if it has not started yet.

To edit a fundraiser:

1. Open the Double Good app.
2. Tap your fundraiser.
3. Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
4. Tap Edit Event.
5. Update details such as team name, start date, or organization type.
6. Tap Save.

How to change your fundraiser dates

You can change the start date and time only if the fundraiser is still scheduled and has not gone live.

To change your fundraiser date:

1. Open the Double Good app.
2. Tap your fundraiser.
3. Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
4. Tap Edit Event.
5. Select a new start date and time.
6. Save your changes.

Once a fundraiser starts, or once early purchases have been made, dates cannot be changed. This helps keep the fundraiser fair for all sellers.

Can I edit the end date?

The end date is based on the start date and fundraiser duration you selected, either 4 or 7 days. You cannot select the end date separately.

To get a different end date, adjust the start date or duration before the fundraiser starts.

How to delete a fundraiser

A fundraiser can only be deleted if it has zero sales and no sellers have joined.

To delete a fundraiser:

1. Open the Double Good app.
2. Tap the fundraiser.
3. Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
4. Tap Edit Event.
5. Scroll to the bottom.
6. Tap Delete Event.

If sellers have joined or sales have been made, the fundraiser cannot be deleted for record-keeping and payout accuracy.

There are no upfront costs, hidden charges, or subscription fees to use Double Good.

Sales minimums

There are no sales minimums required to earn funds.
