Double Good fundraisers are designed as short, focused fundraising windows. Organizers can choose a 4-day or 7-day fundraiser, and each fundraiser includes extra time before and after the live fundraiser to help your group raise more.

Choosing a fundraiser length

Organizers can choose either a 4-day or 7-day fundraiser.

A 4-day fundraiser is a good fit for a quick, focused push.

A 7-day fundraiser gives your group more time to reach supporters, follow up, and keep sharing.

Both options work the same way. Choose the duration that best fits your group.

Fundraiser durations cannot be extended once the fundraiser has started.

Early Access

Early Access is a 48-hour window before your live fundraiser starts. During Early Access, sellers whose Pop-Up Stores® are set up can begin sharing their links, and supporters can place orders.

Early Access is included for all fundraisers and cannot be turned off.

Purchases made during Early Access:

• Count toward your fundraiser
• Help sellers get on the leaderboard
• Appear on the leaderboard once the live fundraiser starts

During Early Access, leaderboard dollar amounts are hidden until the live fundraiser starts.

Can I reschedule during Early Access?

You can reschedule your fundraiser during Early Access only if no sales have been made.

If sales have already been made, the fundraiser cannot be rescheduled.

Bonus Days

Bonus Days give your fundraiser an additional 48 hours after the scheduled end date to keep raising funds.

During Bonus Days:

• Supporters can continue placing orders.
• Sellers can continue sharing their Pop-Up Stores®.
• New sellers can still join.
• Fundraiser totals can continue to grow.
• Your group still earns 50% of every eligible purchase.

Bonus Days apply to both 4-day and 7-day fundraisers.

Organizers receive a notification 24 hours before Bonus Days begin. Sellers are notified when Bonus Days are about to start.

What to do during Bonus Days

Use Bonus Days to help reach supporters who may have missed the live fundraiser.

A few ways to keep momentum going:

• Follow up with supporters who have not purchased yet.
• Send a final reminder to friends and family.
• Encourage sellers to keep sharing.
• Continue any seller prizes or incentives through Bonus Days.

Can I extend my fundraiser?

Once a fundraiser has started, the end date cannot be changed or extended.

Your Pop-Up Stores® stay open for an additional 48 hours after the live fundraiser ends. Use this time to send a final reminder to supporters.

If you still need to raise more after your fundraiser and Bonus Days have ended, you can start a new fundraiser.

How often can I run a fundraiser?

You can run online fundraisers as often as you’d like, but you can only participate in one fundraiser at a time.

Once your current fundraiser ends, you can join or create a new one.

For security, payout methods are not stored between fundraisers. You’ll need to enter payout information for each new fundraiser you create.
