Double Good has a $5,000 limit for a single online order. If you want to place an order totaling more than $5,000, you can still complete your purchase by placing 2 separate orders.
What to do
To place an order over $5,000:
- Place your first order for up to $5,000.
- Place a second order for the remaining amount.
- Contact Double Good Support after both orders have been placed.
The support team will review the orders and refund the shipping fee for the second order if the second order was needed because of the $5,000 transaction limit.
Shipping refund
If your order had to be split because of the $5,000 single-order limit, Double Good will refund the shipping fee on the second order.
Once both orders are visible in the system, the team will process the eligible shipping refund and let you know when it has been completed.
Notes
- The $5,000 limit applies to each individual transaction.
- Only the shipping fee for the second order is eligible for a refund when the second order is required because of the transaction limit.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
