Payout timing and replacement checks

After your fundraiser ends, supporters may still have a short window to place final orders. Your group still earns funds from eligible purchases during that time, and payout processing starts about 1 week after the fundraiser ends.

What happens after your fundraiser ends

After your fundraiser ends, supporters have an additional 48-hour window to place last-minute orders.

During this time:

  • Supporters can continue placing orders.
  • Double Good continues popping and packing orders.
  • Leaderboard rankings remain final once the live fundraiser clock ends.
  • Your group still earns funds from eligible purchases made during extra time.

About 1 week after your fundraiser ends, Double Good starts processing your payout using the method you selected.

What to do after your fundraiser ends

After your fundraiser ends:

  1. Thank your team and supporters.
  2. Confirm your payout information is correct in the app.
  3. Celebrate what your group raised.

When payouts arrive

Payout timing depends on the payout method you selected.

Direct deposits typically clear within 1 to 2 calendar weeks after the fundraiser ends.

Checks are mailed by USPS First Class about 1 calendar week after the fundraiser ends. They typically arrive within 2 to 3 calendar weeks after the fundraiser ends.

To avoid payout delays, add your payout method before your fundraiser ends. If you add it later, processing may take a few extra days.

How to request a replacement check

Double Good can reissue a payout check in certain situations, including:

  • The check never arrived.
  • The payee name is incorrect.
  • The check was damaged.
  • The check is more than 90 days old and can no longer be deposited.

To protect your funds, Double Good must place a stop payment on the original check before a new one can be issued.
