Sending a thank-you note is a simple way to show appreciation and keep supporters connected to your fundraiser. You can send personalized thank-you messages through the Double Good app.

How to send a thank-you note

To thank a supporter:

1. Log in to the Double Good app.
2. Open your active or ended fundraiser.
3. Tap My Store.
4. Scroll down and tap View Supporters.
5. Select an order from the list.
6. Tap Send a Thank You Note.
7. Type your personalized message.
8. Tap Send.

You can see who you’ve already thanked by looking for the Thanked button next to a supporter’s order.
