The leaderboard helps organizers track team progress, recognize top sellers, and encourage anyone who has not started yet. It is also where organizers can download a sales report for the fundraiser.
Tracking your team’s progress
The leaderboard helps you see how your selling team is doing during the fundraiser.
To use the leaderboard:
- Open the Double Good app.
- Select your fundraiser.
- View the live rankings to see which sellers have the most sales.
- Toggle between Team Total and Individual Stores to see different views.
- Use the results to recognize top sellers and encourage sellers who have not started yet.
Real-time tracking can help make your fundraiser more motivating for the whole team.
Does the leaderboard update in real time?
During the live fundraiser, the leaderboard updates after a supporter’s purchase is processed in the system. This typically takes about 2 to 5 minutes.
Refresh your screen to make sure you’re viewing the latest numbers.
Leaderboard visibility by fundraiser phase
Early Access
During Early Access, the leaderboard does not show dollar amounts raised. Amounts are hidden until the live fundraiser starts.
Live fundraiser
During the live fundraiser, the leaderboard updates as purchases are processed.
Bonus Days
After the live fundraiser ends, the leaderboard will continue to update as purchases are processed.
How to download a sales report
Organizers can download a CSV report with seller-level sales details.
To download the report:
- Open the Double Good app.
- Select your active or ended fundraiser.
- Tap the Leaderboard.
- Tap Download CSV file in the top-right corner.
The download will be a spreadsheet showing total sales and total amount raised by each seller.
The CSV file is only available to the organizer who ran the fundraiser. If you were a seller in a fundraiser and need details, contact the organizer.
