Troubleshooting your sign-in: Magic Link support

Double Good does not use a traditional password. You can sign in with a Magic Link sent by email or a one-time password sent by text.

How Magic Links work

A Magic Link is a one-time-use link sent to your email. It helps you sign in securely without needing a password.

If your Magic Link is not working, the issue is usually related to browser settings, email filtering, or opening the link on a different device.

Troubleshooting your Magic Link

If your Magic Link is not working or has not arrived, try these steps:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder: Automated login emails can sometimes be filtered. If you find the email there, mark it as Not Spam.
  • Open the link on the same device: For security, the Magic Link should be opened on the same device and browser used to request it.
  • Clear your browser cache: Old cookies can sometimes interfere with sign-in. Try clearing your cache or opening the link in an incognito or private window.
  • Copy and paste the link: If the Login button in your email does not work, copy the full URL from the email and paste it into your browser’s address bar.

Magic Links and text codes

Text codes are also available for sign-in, but a Magic Link may be easier if you are using a desktop computer or already have access to your email.

Still need help?

If your Magic Link still is not working after trying a different browser or clearing your cache, contact Support.
